Barang dikirim BNIB dengan 2 lapisan bubblewrap, tapi karena salah isinya jadi penjual merespon komplain pengembalian/penukaran barang dengan segera dan disarankan untuk mengirim kembali barang yang salah dengan biaya COD agar ongkir pengembalian dibebankan kepada penjual. Begitu terpantau sampai barangnya penjual langsung mengirimkan barang pengganti dalam jeda waktu yang tidak lama. Barang yang pengganti yang dikirim BNIB lagi dan kualitasnya memuaskan. Kesalahan bisa terjadi, tapi bintang 5 utk respon dan tanggung jawab seller dalam menghandle masalah salah kirim.
