barang yang benar sudah saya terima. ini review lebih ke pihak AJAZZ, bukan ke goodgaming. dus dan isi berbeda , dus-ny 4k, tapi isi mouse bukan 4K seri "aj139 pro 4k" semua tulisan harusnya ada di dus, label belakang dus, dongle 1k (tetap ada tulisan 4k) dan belakang mouse. sementara awalny yang saya terima ada tidak ada tulisan 4k, berawal dari software 4k yang tidak membaca mouse tersebut dan saya cari tahu secara online (ada di foto review) setelah melalui komplain dan pengecekan akhirnya dilakukan penukaran unit yang betul. dari pihak ajazz mengatakan bahwa mouse yang masuk semuany salah box dan isinya kemudian saya cuma minta ganti dari putih ke hitam untuk unit penggantinya, karna ketika beli memang tidak ada pilihan warna. tetapi dari pihak ajazz tidak diperbolehkan, itu sih hak kalian, tapi sebegituny kah? kalian sudah salah memberi barang dan merepotkan konsumen. lalu bagaimana konsumen yang sudah terlanjur beli dan tidak tahu? kalian untung2 aja dong. bagi yang sudah membeli coba dicek kembali barang yang kalian terima betul atau tidak nya. bila berbeda/salah silahkan komplain, itu hak kalian untuk mendapatkan barang yang sesuai di beli. semoga membantu
