1. Barang diterima dan berfungsi.
2. Ada sedikit masalah dengan software driver dari Veikk dengan OS Win 11:
- tidak bisa di set untuk hanya berjalan di 1 monitor,(bila menggunakan 2 monitor atau lebih), settingannya ada tapi tidak berfungsi.
- shortcut-key dari pen tablet kurang berfungsi dengan baik.
Saya mengetahui ini adalah masalah software dari produk Veikk dan tidak ada hubungannya dengan toko.
3. Saran untuk admin toko ini, tolong dididik ulang cara menghandle customer.
Saya bertanya perihal driver yang tidak kompatibel namun mendapat balasan yang kurang pantas. Percakapan saya dengan admin dapat dilihat di bagian foto:
Kenapa harus menuduh kalau OS saya yang bajakan? Saya rasa kalimat tersebut apabila dihilangkan artinya akan tetap sama kan?
Untuk admin, banyak pembeli yang mungkin secara pendidikan, wawasan, dan finansial LEBIH apabila dibandingkan dengan anda.
Saya bertanya karena saya ingin mencari solusi yang lebih cepat dari troubleshoot driver yang saya alami.
Namun anda menjawab pertanyaan customer seperti itu memperlihatkan betapa rendahnya kualitas anda sebagai manusia.
Sekian ulasan dari saya, mudah2an yang membalas pesan saya memang admin dan bukan business owner nya yah.
