LD Carlson Sparkolloid Hot Mix Wine Finings, Repacked 5g. (Taken from a few sources). Sparkolloid is formulated to clarify Wines without affecting body, taste, or aromas. Mix one tablespoon with a cup of hot water, stir in slowly and boil for 15 mins. Add the finings into 6 gallons of wine and allow 1-2 weeks to clarify. Shelf life is four years if stored while sealed and dry around 18° C. Although it may contain some colloidal compounds which can make it gel, Sparkalloid is derived from the preserved skeletons of marine animals found in dry seabed, suspended in powdered agar gelatin. This wine clarifier is not vegan! Use bentonite as vegan alternative. - Sparkolloid dibuat untuk menjernihkan wine tanpa mengubah body, rasa, atau aroma. Campur 1 sdm (5,5g) Sparkolloid sedikit2 dengan 240ml air panas, sembari diaduk, lalu biarkan mendidih selama 15 menit. Larutan ini cukup utk 28 l wine. Shelf-life Sparkolloid bisa sampai 4 tahun bila disimpan di tempat kering dan sejuk (18°C). Walau mengandung koloid yang dapat mengubahnya menjadi gel, Sparkolloid terbuat dari kerangka hewan laut yg dicampur dengan agar-agar bubuk (bukan gelatin hewan). Happy fermenting!
