TLDR: well-made product, reasonable price, excellent customer service.
The belt is one impressive, beautiful piece of leather. It's already quite soft and pliable —you can actually make a simple hitch out of the scrap leather piece (see the makeshift bracelet). Pretty sure the belt won't easily break on normal use and care. Precise cut and stitch work throughout. Brass buckle got a good weight, feels sturdy and secure. Extra love for the low-key belt design and rustic unfinished buckle. Also the whole thing smells so good, wish I could use it as my personal perfume. Still can't believe it's reasonably priced at 350k.
Customer service is out of this world. I'm small, so I initially asked for a slightly smaller custom belt. Cravar offered to send size A to try, will make and send a custom one if needed. They will also cover any extra delivery fees incurred. Luckily the belt fits me juuust right on the closest hole. It does the job fine for now... Fingers crossed I won't lose weight! But yes, it's impressive that they would go the extra mile to accommodate customer needs, even when it's "just" a 350k belt. Sure the bonus keychain is a nice touch, but the actual customer service is next level brilliant.
