Step 1

Clean the bowl first. Use a bamboo spoon to take out two or three spoons of matcha from the matcha powder box and sift into the bowl.

 

Step 2

Add hot water of about 175 degrees Fahrenheit and mix the matcha powder and water with a whisk.

 

Step 3

Quickly stir in an 'M' shape until foaming, and stir until a fine and dense foam is formed.

 

Step 4

Step 5

Rinse under cold water, gently wipe the tip to remove the powder, pat dry, and then wipe dry with a paper towel for next use.
