This listing is for one pack (300 gr) of fresh Trottole Pasta dari @animalerestaurant.

Short pasta shaped like a spinning top, designed with nooks & crannies for sauce retention. About 20mm diameter & 25mm height. Made with semolina flour for that al dente texture. This will change your perception about packaged pasta.

#DITCHYOURBOXEDPASTA

Separate the pasta pieces before cooking, and cook in plenty of boiling water that has been previously salted (1 teaspoon per 2 liter of water). Boil until it reaches the consistency that you like, the key is to keep on testing the noodle. REMEMBER that these are fresh pasta, so they do not take long at all to cook.

Don't forget to keep the pasta water to adjust the thickness of your sauce!
