Mori is ceremonial grade Matcha that produce from first flush, young tea leaf that has the high amount of L-theanine. Mori has high amount of umami sweetness and low bitterness.
Mori Ceremonial Matcha is suitable for making Usucha (thin tea) as in Japanese Tea Ceremony. When used to make Matcha sweet drinks, only little or no sugar is required, you don't have to use sugar to balance the bitterness because it has low bitterness.
Mori is produced from Tencha grown in Uji. Uji produces the best Matcha in the world, it has ideal weather, elevation and fertile soil for Matcha cultivation.
