One of them is that the temperature shown on display is just a random number and not the actual temperature that is inside the dehydrator. I checked this with a thermometer and the thermometer shows a totally different temperature. Therefore I asked you to come up with a real solution from your engineers who programmed (made the software for) the machine. And after multiple attempts to get in contact with your team/technicians, you did not offer anything. Your technicians were not able to come up with a solution to this problem. Therefore the product does not work as described in the user manual. Please solve this issue." After 2 weeks of discussion with the vendor, this was the last message I sent him/her. And a summary of how the dehydrator works. All in all, they do not care about customers. By the way, they reply very fast to your messages in tokopedia chat to make a good score on the platform but without really wanting to solve your problem. This is my experience.
