Roast nya cenderung dark, jadi buat manual brew rada terbatas. Musti low temp + longer ratio.
Aroma harum tapi cuma pas brew doang. Notes nya juga lebih ke nutty daripada fruity, floral aroma juga ga terasa pas udah selesai brew.
Beans nya juga ga keliatan kaya grade specialty euy. Apa emang beans lokal kali ya. Beli pas diskon sekitar 100rb. Tapi sorry nih menurutku ga recomended untuk manual brew euy. Roastnya juga miss nih kurang light, walaupun lumayan seragam lah. Mungkin buat minuman kopi manis sih oke, or japanese.
