One of the most horrible customer service received from this seller.
1. Poor Quality of the product. Seller is ready to send me a replacement. What is the point when the Product's zip/chain is of a poor quality. If you send a replacement, the same type of product will be coming. In few days the zip will come out. What will I do with that product?
Now seller has agreed to collect the product by coming to my house and then resend the new one. The problem is still not resolved. I will still wait for their action to be taken
2. I agreed with the replacement, now they want me to send a courier for their damaged product. JUST WOW! What a courage to even ask the unsatisfied customer to send at their own cost.
3. I will have to send a courier with broken bag, so they will send me a new one. Like why should I send courier myself and bear the charges when it's your product which is so bad of quality.
Tell me what is the CUSTOMERS' MISTAKE here?
Better please do my refund and finish this case. Accept it you have had a poor quality product and make customer happy that he has his refund.
Why are you not kind enough to give the refund? It's really harrassing the customer. Iam surely going to raise this complain again & again on Tokopedia, on Social Media and all the platforms. It's horrible how you seller on the name of Tokopedia can play your own games.
