A long thick pasta about 4mm thickness. Made with semolina flour for that authentic flavor and al dente texture. AL BRONZO PASTA means, Extruded thru bronze die to achieve that rough edge for sauce retention, This will change your perception about packaged pasta.
Loosen the pasta strands before cooking, and cook in plenty of boiling water that has been previously salted (1 teaspoon per 2 liter of water). Boil until it reaches the consistency that you like, the key is to keep on testing the noodle. REMEMBER that these are fresh pasta, so they do not take as long as dry pasta to cook.
Don't forget to keep the pasta water to adjust the thickness of your sauce!
