The intelligent non-contact liquid level sensor (hereinafter referred to as the liquid level sensor) adopts advanced signal processing technology and high-speed signal processing chips, breaking through the influence of container wall thickness and realizing true non-contact detection of liquid level height in a closed container. The liquid level sensor (probe) is installed above and below the outer wall of the container to be measured (high and low liquid levels). Non-metallic containers do not need to be opened, and the installation is simple and does not affect production. It can detect the liquid levels of various toxic substances, strong acids, strong alkalis and various liquids in high-pressure closed containers. The liquid level sensor has no special requirements for the material of the liquid medium and the container, and can be widely used.
The intelligent non-contact liquid level sensor has four signal output interfaces, namely high and low level output interface, NPN output interface, PNP output interface and RS485 communication interface; corresponding to four models:

Working principle:
The intelligent non-contact liquid level sensor uses the inductive capacitance of water to detect whether there is liquid. When there is no liquid approaching the sensor, due to the existence of distributed capacitance on the sensor, there is a certain static capacitance between the sensor and the ground. When the liquid level slowly rises and approaches the sensor, the parasitic capacitance of the liquid will couple to this static capacitance, making the final capacitance value of the sensor larger. The changed capacitance signal is then input into the control IC for signal conversion, converting the changed capacitance into a certain amount of change in an electrical signal, and then a certain algorithm is used to detect and judge the degree of this change. When this change exceeds a certain threshold, it is considered that the liquid level has reached the sensing point.
