Fill 3/4 of Yerba Mate Gourd Cup with yerba mate. 2. Shake it upside down so that the components (leaf, stick and leaf powder) are properly distributed. 3. Tilt the yerba at 45° and add a little warm water at the bottom. 4. Place the “bombilla” straw right up against the inside wall. 5. Pour hot water (60-75 °C) slowly and enjoy your yerba mate. All set! The result will be a foaming and intense infusion, where the good flavor of the yerba will stay much longer.
