first, I don't receive 1 item, it means you have a bad quality while packing things. second, I nicely ask you through message, yet I don't get any reply from you, I only get those kind of automatic message that told me to fill complain in order to get my "lost" item, so I did as you wish and fill in complain on tokopedia, I even put my unboxing video. third, you REJECTED my complain with unreasonable way of thinking. instead of sending me the lost item you owe, you TOLD ME TO REFUND THE 5 ITEMS TO YOU first? wow, that a sick move. i only need you to send me the lost item and it will be done. tell me, for what kind of purpose I pay more with a go-send instant? its because I need it quick. your shop have a bad customer service, bad quality control, bad communication, and bad after sales. if I can give you minus 5 stars, I will do it without hesitation. there is no way i will come back for your service.
