Glossy Liquid High Fire Glaze / Glasir Cair Keramik READY STOCK Specifications: Net Volume 500 mL Application: Brush glazing High Firing Range; should be fired between cone 4 (1,186°C) and cone 6 (1,222°C) FOOD SAFE Non-toxic; conforms to ASTM D4236 High Fire Clear Glaze is available in liquid form and can be used on middle-fire bisque that has first been decorated with Underglazes. Use it with a brush, and three full coats are required to achieve the best result. These are carefully applied at right angles to one another (ie. crosshatched), allowing each to dry in between. A soft glazing brush should be used to minimize streaking. Besides brushing, the High Fire Clear glaze may also be sponged. A small amount of clean water may be added if necessary to thin the glaze to ease the brushing. Recommended order: Greenware (bone dry) > Paint UG > Bisque Firing > Brush Clear Glaze > Glaze Firing
