About Suntory -196℃ Series
Suntory -196 ℃ STRONG ZERO is made from fresh fruits frozen at -196 C. This process preserves the taste of the fruit. They are then soaked in alcohol and finally carbonated. The result is a drink that is very smooth to drink, even though it contains 9% by volume. It doesn't contain sugar and so has a lower calorie count than similar drinks.

About Flavor
Double Grapefruit: It contains double fruit juice and macerated fruit liquor produced by the -196°C process.
It is characterised by its "high alcohol content" and "firm grapefruit fruitiness".
Double Shikuwasa: Double fruit juice and macerated fruit wine made by the -196°C process. The drink has a robust, fruity taste that goes well with meals.
Bitter Lemon: Using our unique -196°C process, we have used lemon peel maceration and whole lemon maceration to bring out the bitterness of the lemon peel, resulting in a refreshing, non-sweet taste with the natural bitterness of lemon peel.
Sugar-Free Dry: A perfect balance of carefully selected ingredient liquors, including our own vodka and rum, has been blended to create a refreshing, sharp taste that is not sweet. It is a dry chu-hai with a 9% alcohol content and a robust taste that goes well with meals.
Satisfaction Mikan: Mandarin orange juice has been added to the mandarin macerated alcohol produced by our unique "-196°C process". It has a strong drinking experience with an alcohol content of 9%, and is characterised by the firm fruitiness and gentle sweetness of mandarin oranges.
Double Ripe Plum: Double use of fully ripened plum liquor and fully ripened plum wine made by the "-196°C process". The result is a drink with a robust taste and plum flavor that goes well with meals.
