Chasen atau pengaduk matcha dari bambu
Merek MERKO
Budaya persiapan minuman bubuk teh hijau Jepang yang sudah ribuan tahun, kini populer di Indonesia.
Ritual seduh teh disebut Tea Ceremony atau Chadou atau Cha Dao yang artinya Wisdom of Tea.
Cara Pembuatan Minuman Matcha:
1. Masukan beberapa gram bubuk matcha ke dalam mangkok khusus yang model bowl
2. Tambahkan air panas secukupnya.
3. Aduk menggunakan Chasen lalu dikocok dengan pola tertentu untuk meratakan campuran bubuk halus teh dan air.
Perlu pelatihan berulang-ulang untuk mendapat hasil terbaik, busa teh akan terlihat halus dan lembut. Adukan yang bagus akan membuat citarasa teh lebih nikmat.
