tiwul tawar hitam bahan baku gaplek fermentasi (bahannya gatot) jadi lebih kenyal dan warna hitam alami, kalau orang kampung suka yg hitam ini.
Kalau yg tiwul tawar kuning/putih bahan dr tepung gaplek langsung tanpa proses fermentasi.
Komposisi : singkong, tanpa pewarna atau pengawet
Tuang gatot sesuai kebutuhan
Rendam semalam/rebus -+ 50 menit(sampai lunak)
Tiriskan, lalu kukus selama -+ 20 menit
Sajikan dengan kelapa parut dan tambah sedikit garam

Tiwul Tawar (especially for rice)
black plain tiwul made from fermented cassava (the raw material is gatot) so it's more supple and has a natural black color, if village people like this black one.
For tiwul, the yellow/white plain is made from cassava flour directly without the fermentation process.
Composition: cassava, without coloring or preservatives
Soak overnight/boil -+ 50 minutes(until soft)
Drain, then steam for -+ 20 minutes
Serve with grated coconut and add a little salt
