I am very disappointed with the seller and this kind of attitude. The seller sent me a golden ball instead of a silver one. As soon as I noticed this, I immediately contacted the seller to request a return. Unfortunately, when I sent the product, I made a mistake. I didn’t ask the delivery company for a tracking number. As a result, I sent the seller the ball and its stand, but I was unable to confirm it through the tracking system. In private messages, I confirmed that the seller received the package, but he claimed that one part was missing and that he received it incomplete. Because of this, he only refunded a very small part of my money, although the mistake was his in the first place since I specifically needed the silver ball. Additionally, he didn’t refund the shipping cost or the cost for the part he claimed I didn’t send. Why would I need a stand without the actual ball? It’s frustrating and unpleasant. I do not recommend using this seller’s services.
