The WJ blower nozzle can be used to spray out high impulse, fan-shaped and state air flow, designed for all kinds of blowing applications in process treatment.
The W type blow nozzle is made of ABS material or aluminum alloy. There are several cylindrical spray holes in the nozzle design, and the air is blown out to form fan and air flow. The design of the nozzle's internal structure accords with the principle of aerodynamics, which effectively reduces the gas resistance at the time of operation, and ensures that the blowing nozzle can also reduce the working voice and air consumption, and at the same time, achieve high aerodynamic force.
The WJ type blowpipe is suitable for the 1/4 inch BSPT external thread connector and has a locating hole (ABS nozzle), which is convenient for the installation of the nozzle side by side, and the combined wind knife formed by the utility model can generate effective air curtain.
The air pressure of the W type blowing nozzle can be 7 bar, and the temperature can reach 77 degrees C under this pressure.
The WJ type aluminum alloy blower nozzle can withstand about 30 bar pressure and can withstand 250 degree high temperature.
