After posting a complaint on Toped, the seller promised to send a replacement the next day between 11 AM and 2 PM. However, at 2:05 PM, I contacted him, and he informed me that the driver was out on another delivery. What happened to the promised timeframe? Finally, I received my dispenser at 5:30 PM. This shop owner is unreliable and tends to lie when it suits him. This is not professional behavior at all.
