trully dissapointed on this one... been purchasing many times at this store... never had any problems before.. packagings were always good...it all started when they sent a wrong item#didnt show any remorse though...tried to file a complaint... it was agreed but then the good vanished into thin air during the delivery process... lost the money, lost the stuff... can not only blame the courier or tokopedia ...if there hadnt been a mistake by sending wrong item deliberately (perhaps) from the store, none of this wouldve happened ...right? thats how the trouble began.. one more thing... gk ada gunanya pk asuransi... tp kadang dipaksa tokopedia penjual berbesar hati mengembalikan dana full .... terimakasih Pak maaf ya tokonya jd merugi karena barang hilang dibawa kurir...semoga berkah🙏
